To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to the Prudential Assurance Company Ltd.
In accordance with THE SCHEDULE of the lease, the annual passing rent of £302,500pa has been reviewed as at 27/3/2021 and it is proposed to maintain the rent at the same level.

Reasons for the decision

In the interests of sound estate management practice, to settle the outstanding rent review at nil change.

Alternative options considered

Not to agree and proceed to third party determination. Was considered and rejected after consulting the Councils appointed external rent review surveyor.
