Decision

To enter into the Licence for Access and Works Agreement between (1) Thames Water Utilities Ltd and (2) Guildford Borough Council to carry out survey works to enable the construction of a new road running south of the Pumping Station Building and the Generator Building forming part of the Works Licence Land.

Reasons for the decision

To enter into the Licence for Access and Works between (1) Thames Water Utilities Ltd and (2) Guildford Borough Council to allow The Council and its contractors (in accordance with the Licence terms) access to enter and remain on the Property for the specified Licence Period to carry out the Survey Works.
