The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow them to
carry out the following alterations at the above property.

To connect to a Virgin Media cable outside of the G Live building,
and to run cabling through the external wall and within the
building to receive Virgin Media telecoms services.

The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations.
