The Council has received a request from Virgin
Media Limited, and Trafalgar Entertainment Group Limited to grant a
telecoms code agreement over Land Part of Civic Hall, London Road,
Guildford, GU1 2AA, known as G Live, and G Live Car Park, in line
with the following terms and conditions:

The telecoms code agreement will be granted by the Council to
Virgin Media Limited, and to Trafalgar Entertainment Group
Limited.

The Grantees will be required to obtain our approval for the
installation of ducting and fibre cable along an agreed route on
Land at G Live, and G Live Car Park; and for the supply of telecoms
services to the property leased to Trafalgar Entertainment Group
Limited.

Virgin Media Limited have agreed to make a one-off payment of
£600 plus VAT for the telecoms code agreement, which in
accordance with the Council’s General Disposal Consent
powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably
obtainable’ where the proposed term exceeds seven (7)
years.

Virgin Media Limited have agreed to pay our costs.

The telecoms code agreement is pursuant to Schedule 3A of the
Communications Act 2003, otherwise known as the Electronic
Communications Code ('the Code').
