The Council is seeking to procure a contracts
database, Accord, from Target Information Systems Ltd, via the
Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework. Contract to be for
a period of 3 years with provision to extend a further 1 year,
making a potential 4 year contract.

Costings (exc VAT) as follows:
• Mobilisation fee (one-off) @ £14,750
• Annual Service Fee* @ £6,000
• Total contract value @ £38,750
*Includes usage, security, hosting , support, maintenance, business
continuity and data back-up services.

The total value of the contract comes under CPR Threshold 2.
Seeking officer decision, in accordance with CPR 5.2 and Scheme of
Delegation, for approval to proceed the procurement.
