The owner of 2 Winchester Road has planning
permission for the construction of a single storey three bed
dwelling in the rear garden. The transfer of the property dated 19
March 2007 contains a covenant that the property (including the
land forming part) can only be used as a single private
dwellinghouse. The covenant will need to be released to allow the
development to proceed, for which there are no
objections.
