To award a contract to Hags UK for a new
playground at The Briar's (Dan's Meadow), Ash.

The current playground is small, old and offers poor play
opportunities. It is the next playground for refurbishment within
the Council's Play Strategy. Following a tender process, Hags has
been selected as the winning contractor. Upon completion of the
contract, Hags will take forward their design, revise it according
to feedback from residents, and install and complete the new
playground.
