To approve the grant of a new contracted-out
lease of Ice Cream Parlour, Stoke Park to First Come First Served
in line with the following terms and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £3,956.15 (from
£3,746) per annum and exclusive of business rates.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.
The agreed term is 5 years.
