To note the investment into North Downs Housing,
the interest charged to date and the value
outstanding.
Reason(s):
1.      
A decision needs to be taken about the treatment of
the outstanding debt.

To ensure that the Executive remains informed of
financial matters in order to be transparent and make
decisions.
