To approve the Case for Change, including the Stakeholder Engagement Plan as part of the North Wales Regional Transport Plan, subject to recommending to the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee Board that they ask every appropriate Cabinet to look at the Regional Transport Plan in more detail and respond back.
