Decision

1. 1.     To note the progress made by Zip World towards addressing the recommendations and the company's intention to submit a request for change to remove the e-bus aspects of the project.
2. 2.     To invite Zip World to submit its request for change at the next meeting and to provide a further update on the engagement plan and the Local Benefits Plan as a part of this report.
