About
The Cabinet, comprising the Elected Mayor and appointed Councillors, is responsible for making key decisions within the policy and budgetary framework set by Full Council. This includes preparing the budget, developing and implementing Council plans and policies, and monitoring their progress. Its responsibilities are defined by legislation and by decisions of Full Council. The Cabinet's decisions affect the services and policies of Hackney Council.
