RESOLVED:
 
Hackney Procurement Board recommended to:
 
1. 
To authorise the procurement of consultancy services for support to
accelerate our work on prevention and demand management across our
demand-led service areas and to identify high level business cases
identifying significant financial savings.
2. 
That a mini competition be held via the Bloom framework to identify
the preferred supplier for phase one of the work, with phase two
being procured through a direct award process. Contract award will
be approved via a report to the Council’s Cabinet Insourcing
& Procurement Committee.
