RESOLVED:
- To approve the recommendations in the (Acting) Returning Officer’s, (A)RO report as set out in Appendix 1, that no changes be made to existing polling districts and polling places except in respect of the following two polling places:
· Dalston Ward - That the designated polling place in polling district HSKA, Colvestone Primary School which is a double station be moved to St Mark’s Church Hall.
· Hackney Downs Ward - That the designated polling place in polling district HNHD, Baden Powell Primary School which is a double station be moved to Clapton Methodist Church.
- To authorise the (A)RO, in consultation with relevant ward councillors, to agree to any changes to the polling district and/or polling places arrangements that may be deemed necessary prior to the next formal review.
