RESOLVED:
- To agree the proposed amendments to the Council Procedure Rules as set out in Appendix 1 and the associated Council Petition Scheme as set out in Appendix 3 with immediate effect.
- To authorise the Monitoring Officer to make any typographical or grammatical corrections to the contents of Appendices 1 and 3 or to otherwise give effect to the decision of Full Council.
- To authorise the Monitoring Officer to make amendments to other parts of the Constitution that may be required to ensure that the amendments contained in Appendices 1 and 3 are reflected throughout.
