RESOLVED:
 
That Cabinet:
 
1. 
Approve the draft Commercial Extensions and Alterations
Supplementary Planning Document for public consultation.
 
2. 
Delegate authority to the Group Director, in
consultation with the lead member, to approve the final designed
version of the SPD for consultation in September.
 
REASONS FOR DECISION:
 
Consultation and engagement with stakeholders
and the public is integral to producing local plan documents.
Consultation on the draft SPD is required in accordance with
Regulation 12 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)
(England) Regulations 2012 and will help inform and influence the
final version of the SPD.
