RESOLVED:
 
3.1  That from 1st April
2026 the annual garden waste subscription costs
and one-off garden waste collection
costs are increased by 3.8%, in
line with CPI, as set out in Appendix
2
 
3.2  To note the overall
financial position of the Council as at October 2025
and in particular the overspend and
the initiatives set out to mitigate
this.
