RESOLVED:
 
To approve the
procurement of a Support Services Open
Framework with an estimated total value of £5.8 million over
a maximum five-year period (4 years + 1 year), to enable the
commissioning of various time-limited, targeted interventions for
children, young people, and families, including positive and
structured activities, specialist mentoring support,
community-based parenting assessments, and crisis intervention
services.
