This report will propose the adoption of a new
People & Organisational Development Strategy for the Council,
which sets out how we will invest in our colleagues and create the
conditions for everyone to thrive, so that together we can continue
to deliver the best possible services for our residents.

RESOLVED: The Cabinet approved
the Hackney’s People and Organisational Development Strategy
2025-28 at Appendix 1.
Reason for
decision
The approval of this Strategy and our new
values will allow Hackney to build a skilled, motivated and
resilient workforce to support the ambitious transformation that
the Council is currently undergoing.
