RESOLVED:
 
For the reasons set out in this report, and in
noting that this report contains the results of the analysis of the
feedback, input, comments and representations received during the
public engagement carried out for the Hackney Downs Station Area
Public Realm Improvements, it is recommended that the Assistant
Director, Streetscene:
 
1.1  Approves the
decision to proceed with the statutory process of advertising the
necessary Traffic Management Orders, subject to the requirements of
the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England
and Wales) Regulations 1996, to implement the proposed designs of
the Hackney Downs Station Area Public Realm Improvements as listed
table 1:
