Decision

RESOLVED:

1. To note that the composition of Cabinet and appointments of Councillors to serve as Cabinet Members as set out in Appendix 1 of the published report.
2. To note that the appointments of Councillors to serve as Deputy Cabinet

  Members as set out in Appendix 2 of the published report.

1. To note that the establishment of, and appointments to, Cabinet committees as set out in Appendix 3 of the published report.
2. To note that the Elected Mayor’s Scheme of Delegation for 2026/2027 as set out in Appendix 4 of the published report.
3. To grant delegated authority to the Council’s Monitoring Officer to make any consequential changes to the Council’s Constitution to give effect to these portfolio areas of responsibility and names.
4. To note that the Mayor’s intention to report Member Champion appointment to a future meeting of the Full Council.
