RESOLVED:
- To note that the composition of Cabinet and appointments of Councillors to serve as Cabinet Members as set out in Appendix 1 of the published report.
- To note that the appointments of Councillors to serve as Deputy Cabinet
Members as set out in Appendix 2 of the published report.
- To note that the establishment of, and appointments to, Cabinet committees as set out in Appendix 3 of the published report.
- To note that the Elected Mayor’s Scheme of Delegation for 2026/2027 as set out in Appendix 4 of the published report.
- To grant delegated authority to the Council’s Monitoring Officer to make any consequential changes to the Council’s Constitution to give effect to these portfolio areas of responsibility and names.
