RESOLVED:
 
1. 
To note the contents of the reports;

 
2. 
To authorise the Group Director of Finance to approve
the final Statement of Accounts for 2022/23, contingent upon the
completion of the outstanding work by the external auditor, as
detailed in the audit completion reports (see Appendix 1 &
2).
