The Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee of Hackney Council decided on 7 September 2026 that the minutes of the previous meeting held on 15 July 2026 were a true and accurate record. The committee approved the proposal to appoint Contractor C to create provision for 48 new places for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities at the former Baden Powell Primary school by July 2027. The Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) report is to be circulated to Committee Members when available.
