Resolved:
(i)   That Full Council
approves the appointment of Dawn Carter-McDonald to the position of
Chief Executive (Head of Paid Service) and Returning Officer at the
London Borough of Hackney with effect from 1 June 2024.
 
(ii)   That Full Council
delegates authority to the Director of Human Resources and
Organisational Development to take any further action necessary to
give effect to the contents of this report.
