RESOLVED:
 
That Hackney Procurement Board
approves the award of the Children’s
Speech and Language Therapy
(SaLT) service contract to Homerton
Healthcare Foundation Trust (HHFT)
from 01/12/2023 - 31/03/2025 for
the sum of £1,478,161 using
Direct Award Process C of the Provider
Selection Regime.
 
Related Decisions
 
None. Whilst there is no formal
current contract in place, there has been an implied contract for
existing delivery. This process will regularise contract
arrangements. An implied contract has been in place for 19 months
from  April 2022 - November
2023. The total value of the services delivered over this period is
£1,913,533.
