RESOLVED:
 
That Hackney Procurement Board
approves a contract award to the
Homerton
Health Foundation Trust (HHFT) for a Public Health Midwives
Service for a period of 1 year from
the 1st April 2024 for the sum of
£170,000 per annum, including
the option to extend for a further 2 years in
annual increments of £170,000
under the provisions of the Public Health
Provider Selection Regime Direct
Award Process C.
 
Related Decisions
 
None. However, it is relevant to note
that whilst no formal contract is
currently in place for this service,
there has been an implied contract in
place from April 2020 - March 2024
for a total sum of £688,468 (£172,117
p.a.)
