RESOLVED:
 
Subject to Lead Member approval
 
1. 
To approve the procurement of a Family Time Services for Looked
After Children, for a maximum period of five years (3+1+1 years) at
a cost of up to £3.44m.
2. 
To approve the variation of the existing contract by appointing a
new provider, due to the original provider entering into
administration, for a period of 31 months, from 7th February 2023
until 31st August 2025 at a cost of £1.97m to ensure
continuity of service and sufficient time for the proposed
procurement to be completed.

a 5 year (3+1+1) contract to Swan Staff Recruitment Limited (the
original provider) for the delivery of Contact Services for Looked
After Children from 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2025.
