RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Committee considers and gives approval to the Next Steps
as set out in section 5 below, subject to any further amendments by
the Constitution Committee.
2. 
That the Committee delegates authority to the Monitoring Officer to
proceed with taking forward the work streams and actions
identified.
3. 
That the Committee approves the proposals for a survey of selected
members of the public, Hackney staff, and Members.
 
Reason for the decision
 
To provide the committee with the opportunity
to consider the direction of
travel in the review of the Council’s
Constitution and to align this with key
priorities and the work programme.
