RESOLVED:

The Hackney Procurement Board approve the following recommendations:

  1. To run a competitive tender using the Restricted Procedure to procure a new Technology-Enabled Living Service, comprising equipment, call monitoring and response service components.

The award of contract will be for a period of 3 years + 1 year + 1year + 1 year options to extend; commencing 26 August 2025; with a total value of up to £5.12m (equivalent to an annual value of up to £853k).
