RESOLVED:
 
Hackney Procurement Board is recommended
to:
 
Approve the procurement strategy for the
creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System for emergency accommodation
placements from t Hotels, B&Bs and Guest Houses, with an
anticipated start date of 06 May 2025 and a contract period of 2
years (with option to renew for a further 1 year), moving from the
current spot purchase arrangement to a contract, for a cost of
approximately £4.38m over 3 years.
