Due to the current financial climate that the Council is facing, bringing the provision in house provides better value for money, this will be reviewed in 12 months to ensure it is still appropriate.
A decision is required now to enable recruitment to take place in readiness for people moving into properties from the 1st December.

Reasons for the decision

Staying with the existing providers is not a viable option as there needs to be a single provider on the site rather than multiple providers.
