The Conduct Advisory Panel provides advice to Hampshire County Council on matters concerning the Members' Code of Conduct. This includes guidance on registering members' interests, appointing an Independent Person and members of the Independent Remuneration Panel, and establishing procedures for meetings. The panel also advises on granting dispensations for participation and voting in meetings under Section 33 of the Localism Act.
