The HIWFRA Audit and Governance Committee promotes and maintains high standards of conduct for its Members and co-opted Members. It provides training and advice on the Code of Conduct, makes recommendations for its revision or replacement, and considers and determines any allegations of non-compliance. Members are appointed by HIWFRA at its Annual General Meeting.
