Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education

The Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) advises Hampshire County Council on religious education and collective worship in schools. It reviews current provision and promotes community cohesion, working with the Local Authority. The council includes representatives from various religions, the Church of England, teachers' associations, and the Local Authority, alongside co-opted members.
