Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Hampshire 2050 regarding approval of the Local Cycling and Walking
Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) for Winchester District, which has been
developed in partnership with Winchester City Council, supported by
Hampshire Transport Planning Services as consultants.
