Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Hampshire 2050 regarding authority to use, and to procure a
Registered Provider (and any consortium partner) to, design,
develop and operate an Extra Care Housing scheme on County Council
owned land at Dunsbury Way, Leigh Park, Havant.
