1. To engage in a public consultation with
targeted stakeholder engagement relating to the proposed closure of
Stubbington Study Centre as the site is needed for an alternative
purpose.
2. To agree in principle the decision-making approach and
associated timescales as set out in the exempt report dated 13
January 2025.
3. To confirm approval of all critical documentation as set out in
the exempt report dated 13 January 2025.
4. To note risks and benefits associated with the project and
endorse the proposed approach to key issues as set out in the
exempt report dated 13 January 2025.
