Chief Executive (in consultation with the Leader and Executive
Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services) exercise the
delegation secured at the meeting of 9 March 2023 of the Executive
Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services to authorise the
sale of Three Minsters House, 74-76 High Street, Winchester,
Hampshire, SO23 8UL to the preferred purchaser on the basis set out
in the exempt report.
