That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will
be to impose no waiting at any time restrictions on Southampton
Road southbound on its east side between a point 468 metres north
of its junction with Lower Church
roundabout and a point approximately 60 metres further
north.
