1. That the Director of Universal Services
approves spend of £105,000 of 2024/25 Bus Service Improvement
Plan (BSIP) revenue funding on commercial support to bus operator
Stagecoach to assist in meeting the part of operating costs for the
bus network between January and September 2024 in Andover Town that
were not covered by fares revenue.
2. That the Director of Universal Services approves spend of
£55,000 of 2024/25 Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP)
revenue funding on a 12-month trial of a software package that
gives bus operators better access to
advanced notice of forthcoming roadworks on the highway network in
Hampshire.
