That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to implement:
(i) a prohibition of driving restriction on Union Street and
Wellington Street for their entirety
(ii) a prohibition of entry restrictions on High Street proceeding
on to Wellington Street
(iii) one-way traffic restrictions on Union Street in its entirety,
all traffic to proceed in a north-easterly direction, and on
Wellington Street in its entirety, all traffic to proceed in a
north-westerly direction.
