That the Director of Hampshire 2050 (in
consultation with the Director of Children’s Services,
Director of Corporate Operations and the Leader and Executive
Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services) exercise
the delegation secured at the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050
and Corporate Services Decision Day on 5 December 2024 to authorise
the reuse of The Aviary, Blackbird Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50
9JW for a new SEN satellite provision on the basis set out in the
exempt report.
