That the additional uplifts outlined in the
exempt report are approved and implemented retrospectively in line
with the dates set out, pending conclusion of negotiations with
individual providers.

That, upon completion of final negotiations, funding equal to the
cost of the recurring uplifts set out in the exempt report is
correspondingly added to the Adults’ Health and Care budget
on a permanent basis, funded from contingencies.
