Content
1.1. Pursuant to the Cabinet paper dated
21/05/07 and in accordance with the County Council’s
constitution, the Director of Children’s Services is
authorised to give approval for proposals to move to informal non-
statutory consultation stage.
1.2. That the Director of Children’s Services gives approval
to the following proposals to move to informal and non-statutory
consultation stage:
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 12 pupils aged 7-11
with autism (AS) at Crofton Anne Dale Junior School, Fareham
opening in phases from September 2026;
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 9 pupils aged 4 -11
with autism (AS) at Fair Oak Infant School, Eastleigh opening in
phases from September 2026;
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 12 pupils aged 7-11
with autism (AS) at Poulner Junior School, New Forest opening in
phases from September 2026;
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 12 pupils aged 4 -11
with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs at
Hiltingbury Junior School, Eastleigh opening in phases from spring
2027;
1.3. To request approval to support and work with the following
Academy Trusts:
King’s Group Academies on the establishment of a Resourced
Provision for 15 pupils aged 11-16 with autism (AS) at King’s
Academy Bay House, Gosport opening in phases from 2026/27;
The Kemnal Academies Trust on the establishment of a Resourced
Provision for 15 pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and
mental health (SEMH) needs at Bridgemary School, Gosport opening in
phases from September 2026;
HISP Multi Academy Trust LTD on the establishment of a Resourced
Provision for 15 pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and
mental health (SEMH) needs at Danebury School, Test Valley opening
in phases from 2026/27;
Lift Schools on the establishment of a Resourced Provision for 15
pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH)
needs at Lift New Forest, Holbury opening in phases from September
2026;
1.4. That a report be brought to a future Decision Day setting out
the responses received during the consultation period and in
advance of approving formal statutory consultation.?
