Purpose
Renewal of the SAP CX/C4C
platform to support case management across all services in
Hampshire including Children’s and Adults. This platform will
also be used more widely in the digital optimisation and
improvement of case management for SEN and this renewal supports
the growth in that area.
This requirement is aligned to
the IT strategy and is within the IT overall budget
provision.
The renewal period will be for
five years and cost £2.4m in total.
