Content

1. To raise fees relating to the provision of
statutory and non-statutory ceremonies delivered in Hampshire
Approved Venues and Register Office ceremony rooms from 1st April
2026 to 31st March 2027.

2. The 2026/27 published fees were previously set at a 5% increase
above the 2025/26 fees to include the anticipated 2.6% inflationary
uplift.

3. Increase the published fees by 2.4% in addition to the 2.6%
across the range of ceremony options (excluding One Day Ceremony
Packages) for 2026/27 bringing the total increase from 2025/26 to
2026/27 to 5% as previously published. The proposed fees are below
in Appendix 1.

4. Further increase the proposed 2026/27 fee by an additional 5%
for 2027/28, across the range of ceremony options.

5. Fees will be reviewed in October each year after this date with
any further adjustments to take effect from April the following
year.

6. Existing published fees will be honoured for those customers who
have already booked and pre-paid for ceremonies taking place during
2026/27.
