Purpose

Updating Cabinet on the
position relating to the redrafted Statutory Instrument creating a
Hampshire and Solent Mayoral Combined County Authority and the
outcome of action taken to mitigate the risks to the County
Council, and seeking authority to determine the County
Council’s response to the Statutory Instrument once it is
presented for approval by Government.
