1. Pursuant to the Cabinet paper dated 21/05/07 and in accordance with the County Council’s constitution, the Director of Children’s Services is authorised in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for Education to give final approval for proposals where no objections have been received during the statutory notice period. 1.2. That Director of Children’s Services in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for Children’s Service and the Executive Lead Member for Education give approval to make the following prescribed alteration:
the expansion of Pennington Church of England Primary School from September 2027 through the establishment of a 50 place SEN Unit utilising the former Pennington Infant School accommodation;
