That the Director of Universal Services gives authority to spend and enter into contractual arrangements (in consultation with Legal Services) for local bus Service 14 in Basingstoke, as set out in the supporting report, to
commence from 1 September 2026 for a period of four years, with the option to extend for a further two years at a total cost of up to £1.53m funded from a combination of Local Bus Budget and Local Authority Bus Grant.
