1. That the Director of Children’s Services approves grants to the value of £20,000 from the Wraparound Childcare Programme Fund.
1.2. It is recommended that £20,000 is allocated from the Wraparound Childcare Fund to Vernham Dean Gillum Church of England primary school to create a new ten place wraparound childcare provision. Funding was previously awarded to Solent Sports and Education in October 2025, as per the decision record: Decision - Wraparound Childcare Programme Grant Awards | About the Council | Hampshire County Council Solent Sports and Education have been unable to provide wraparound childcare at the school. This funding is being reclaimed in full.
